How Our Writing Support Process Works

Our process is structured, transparent, and designed to keep you in control of your submission.

Step 1 — Submit a Request

Complete the Request Service form and select the writing support you need. You will receive a confirmation email outlining next steps.

Step 2 — Payment & Intake

After payment is received, you will complete a structured intake questionnaire. This allows us to draft your document using your words and experiences.

Step 3 — Draft Preparation

Your document is prepared using the information you provide. All drafts are written clearly, professionally, and in your voice.

Step 4 — Delivery & Submission

Your completed document is delivered in Word format for your review and signature. You remain responsible for submitting all materials directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
